企業家對天下的遠見

今天看到這新聞：林蒼生：全球都在動 台灣不動。


不愧是台灣超級大企業的總裁，林先生果然具有國際觀，他用來舉例的是歐盟，可不是中國：

隨著全球化貿易漸次開展，各國關稅降低，共同市場逐漸成形，林蒼生直言，兩岸間的發展當然也得置於沒有國家界線的大環境脈絡下觀察，「無國界時代下，台灣為什麼要回到十九世紀，以國家界線為思考的窠臼？」在他看來，這種做法似與世界潮流相悖。

　「歐盟已經變成一個共同市場，使用共同貨幣，沒有什麼法國人、德國人的區分了。台灣卻往反方向走，只能說都是政治作祟！」

歐盟當然不以國家界線為思考的窠臼，在歐盟的介紹中人家是這麼說的:

The Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe is preceded by a Preamble which recalls, among other things, Europe's cultural, religious and humanist inheritance, and invokes the desire of the peoples of Europe to transcend their ancient divisions in order to forge a common destiny, while remaining proud of their national identities and history.

沒錯，在什麼保持歐洲文化宗教人性傳承和喚起歐洲人超越昔時分裂建立命運共同體的同時，還要因保持各國的國家認同和歷史而驕傲。

然後歐盟的價值觀是什麼勒

The Union is founded on the values of respect for human dignity, liberty, democracy, equality, the rule of law and respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities.

人家是建立在人類尊嚴、自由、民主、法治與對人權的尊重上，包括少數族群的權利。

那麼這個機構的建立人家說是基於法律和條約，
在這裡就講了：
The European Union is based on the rule of law. This means that everything that it does is derived from treaties, which are agreed on voluntarily and democratically by all Member States.

人家是根據所有成員國志願且民主的過程所同意的條約而建立的法治聯盟。

至於無國界，人家第一條畫了線的說:
an area of freedom, security and justice without internal frontiers
自由、安全和正義在這區域內是沒有界線的唷

而基本原則的第一條是
Article I-4 of the Constitution guarantees the free movement of persons, goods, services and capital within the Union (the famous "four freedoms") and strictly prohibits any discrimination on grounds of nationality.
著名的四大自由:人民、貨物、服務和資本都有流動的自由

總之，所有的自由啦權利啦原則啦價值觀啦，人家都是適用全體會員國。

林總裁接下去講到三通，「氣不通筋絡就難暢通」。是的，台灣自己的脊椎已經通的不能再通，早上9點在台北喝完咖啡中午不用12點就可以在愛河邊再喝一杯，如果還能跟中國跟世界各國都好好通，直航關稅海域有的沒的都能在世界上各種市場有歐盟會員國那種適用所有國際條約的地位，就絕對不用受中國打壓的鳥氣，氣就會通筋絡也會通啦！中國如果能夠遵守歐盟同樣標準的法治人權自由民主等等原則，跟台灣不要說三通，八九十通都沒問題阿！

台灣大企業的大老闆果然對天下非常地有遠見，非常清楚作為一個國家的各種利益，和人權、自由、民主與法治的重要性。平凡百姓如我猜想，林總裁一定是非常支持台灣加入聯合國成為一個主權獨立的正常國家的！
